How fast is shipping?
All Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Ready-to-Ship items ship the same day once in stock (or within 1 business day if ordered after cutoff) and arrive in 5-7 business days (U.S.).
Pre-order items take 2–3 weeks to be produced. Once the item arrives to us, it ships the same day. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carriers, holidays, or customs.
How can I make Returns, Refunds & Exchanges ?
We offer a 30-day return window from delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. Sale items, and select made-to-order pieces are final sale. To request a return, email richfriendsclo@gmail.com. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Exchanges require returning the item and placing a new order.
